Ron Mueck

Progression

The exhibit by Ron Mueck was amazing to say the least. In a nutshell I feel like it pulled the aspects of curating we have been discussing since the beginning of the trip. The intention behind the layout of the pieces was so thoroughly well imbedded in the content of each individual piece that the progression through the exhibit was one of the best and well laid out I have yet to experience. It is as if you are progressing through a personal change as you make it through the exhibit.

The Building

Jean Nouvel was the architect for the building which housed Ron Mueck's exhibit. The building had moving glass walls and a design that allowed his sculpture pieces to interact with the natural environment of the garden/courtyard in the back of the building.
